Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting our online shop. The Gordon Russell Trust is a registered charity (number 326446) and all sales support the work of the Gordon Russell Design Museum.

 

Delivery

At present we only deliver to UK addresses; please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £3.95.

There is no charge to collect purchases from the Museum provided this is the option chosen during the checkout process. We will hold purchases for you for two weeks from the date of ordering, after which time if items are not collected we will cancel your order and refund the amount to you via the original method of payment.

Customs and Excise Duty

All overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination. Any additional charges for clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs office for further information.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchase; however if you are not, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund. In the case of refunds this will include the outbound delivery cost. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

Any refunds granted will be credited to the payment method used to process the order.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask the Post Office for proof of posting (available free of charge) or Special Delivery for higher value items. If you fail to return non-faulty goods at your own expense, we reserve the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
