The Gordon Russell Design Museum shop, showcases the best of contemporary craft and design. We sell a wide range of British-made homeware, crafts and stationery, as well as unique gifts inspired by the Museum’s collection.
Thank you for visiting our online shop. The Gordon Russell Trust is a registered charity (number 326446) and all sales support the work of the Gordon Russell Design Museum.

These terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all orders placed through this site. By placing an order you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These sale terms do not affect your statutory rights which cannot be waived or limited by contract.
The Gordon Russell Design Museum is operated by The Gordon Russell Trust and is located at 15 Russell Square, Broadway, Worcestershire, WR12 7AP.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. On completing your order you will receive an email to confirm receipt and details of your order. When your order is ready to be shipped you will be sent a second email to confirm that we have accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Product Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure accurate descriptions for each of our products. We try to display the colours of products as clearly as possible but as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be entirely accurate. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the products.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in UK Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20% where applicable. Postage and packaging charges are not included in the prices quoted.
Methods of Payment
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Security
We take online security and customer confidence very seriously. All payments are made securely without the transactions passing your card or bank account details on to us. The Gordon Russell Design Museum does not retain, store, or have access to customer credit information.
Discounts
Discount codes cannot be combined, and only one may be used per order.
