The de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito was a British multi-role combat aircraft with a two-man crew that served during and after the Second World War. It was one of few operational front-line aircraft of the era constructed almost entirely of wood and was nicknamed "The Wooden Wonder". Gordon Russell Ltd was commissioned to help construct Mosquito parts during the Second World War.
The Mosquito Pocket Manual tells the Mosquito's story through a variety of contemporary documents, from the initial design process, trials, pilot manuals and operational achievements including notes from the men who flew the aircraft on missions throughout the Second World War.
